Treasure Kingdom & PlayCare Registration 2012-2013

Click on the button below for an online form to register your child for Sunday morning classes and PlayCare. (PlayCare is for children whose parents are attending certain Chapel sponsored events). Parents are asked to fill out a new form for each child every fall. You need to only submit this form once for the year.

and escorted to Room 212

Parents pick up children in
